Into the Storm Troubleshooters Book 10 Suzanne Brockmann Books
Okay, I have read all of the Troubleshooters series twice and have to admit that I am probably not the most dispassionate reviewer. If you have started the Troubleshooter books, by the time you reach this one, you probably think you know most of the characters pretty well. However, new characters keep showing up, just to keep things lively. The new receptionist, Tracy, is a great example. All of them, just like everyone you have ever met in your life, have unexpected depth. None of them enter relationships free of baggage but somehow, these being romance novels and all, they manage to overcome and persevere. When you read one of the Troubleshooters books, you know that aside from some steamy romantic situations, you will also be treated to an edge-of-your-seat thriller. This one is no exception. However the antagonist in this one is a serial killer and I don't like serial killer books. They give me a tummy-ache but somehow I still very much enjoyed this one. As graphic as she gets in this, it is still not as graphic as some I have read for which I am very grateful. Like I said, I am a fan so take what I say with a huge grain of salt and then give it a try. Do yourself a favor, though, try to time it so you aren't getting to the always exciting denouement at bedtime. I have lost a lot of sleep over these books.

Into the Storm Troubleshooters Book 10 Suzanne Brockmann Books Reviews
While not my favorite of Suzanne Brockmann's Troubleshooter Books I did enjoy Into the Storm. I think it got better as the book went on. It was a good escape book with some new characters that I had not run into before.
I'm reading the Troubleshooter series for a second time and every time I finish one I think this is my favorite. Then I move on an fall in love with the characters in the next book. "Into the Storm" is no exception. You get to know Izzy for the first time and he's awesome. Lindsay & Mark are fantastic. What I enjoyed the most was Suzanne's way of writing the way we think.... creating words like "Batesian" as a descriptor or "mondo-mega-jealous". Great book!!
I think Lindsey and Jenk are just too cute. Not fond of the serial killer angle but there you have it.
It is suppose to be a raid & rescue training operation with the elite security experts of Troubleshooters, Inc. with their team of Navy Seals, former Navy Seals and the other elite team members when all hell breaks loose and they stumble into a lair of a madman and the training operation turns into the "Real Deal" ! ! Hold onto to your hats because this one will blow your hair back. Set aside time because you will NOT be able to put it down! It is a 5 star plus plus!*!*!
This is one of the best joy rides that Ms Brockman has shared with us. Humor, a thrill ride, and a genuinely feel good book.
I can't believe I just discovered Suzanne Brockmann...but I'm always thrilled when I find a series after quite a few books have already been published and I don't have to wait for books to be released. Absolutely love the characters and the stories. Great writing. I'll be disappointed when I finish this series.
Sometimes the first impression is the best one. When I read the summary of this sequel I thought about not buying it, which would have been the right thing to do because after having read the book I can tell you that this sequel included too many threads but no basic plot.
This book should have been the story of Jenk and Lindsey who has been for some time secretly in love with the SEAL. However, Jenk has been since high school secretly in love with Tracy, who again has an on/off relationship with an unfaithful lawyer. And as if this triangle isn't enough, there's also Izzy who is deeply impressed by Tracy and trying to find out what he's really feeling for her.
Another triangle is between Sophia, Decker and Dave. Latter is feeling something for Sophia, Sophia is however in love with Decker, who just doesn't know how to outer his feelings for her. Not that I found my closure in this sequel, because Sophia decided to do something really clever.......
Ah yes, and somewhere there seems to be a serial killer on the lose - a fact with which the book deals only towards the end of the book and then only very shortly and shallowly.
In any case, there were far too many subplots without a real plot, which really upset me and left me with a feeling of dissatisfaction.
